Job Description

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Manage month-end close, financial statements, accounting controls and financial reporting.
- Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Drive direct tax, GST, transfer pricing and FEMA/ECB compliance activities.
- Support banking relationships, working capital management, CMA preparation and lender reporting.
- Strengthen internal controls while leading and developing the finance and accounting team.





The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15-18 years of post-qualification experience.
- Robust background in manufacturing finance, plant finance and finance controlling.
- Hands-on experience in financial closing, budgeting, MIS, taxation, audits and compliance.
- Knowledge of GST, transfer pricing, banking and FEMA/ECB regulations.
- Experience with SAP ERP; SAP S/4HANA exposure is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
