Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage territory business development, and expand customer and channel partnerships for the PACT business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive customer acquisition, business development, and regional market expansion.
- Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely conversion of business opportunities.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective sales operations and achievement of business objectives.




- Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.

Mandatory Skills and Requirements

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven experience in zonal sales management and territory business development.
- Solid track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in customer acquisition, account management, and channel/partner development.
- Strong regional market knowledge and sales pipeline management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant product/industry experience aligned with the PACT business is mandatory.
