*Role Focus:*
Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and HR compliance.

*Requirements:*
MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related Field
15–20 Years of Progressive HR Experience
Minimum 5 Years of HR Experience in Real Estate Industry
Strong Exposure to Talent Management, Employee Relations & Organizational Development
Excellent Stakeholder Management & Leadership Skills
Solid Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Policies & Compliance
Experience Driving Change Management & HR Transformation Initiatives




Strong Analytical & HR Reporting Capabilities
