Are you a seasoned sourcing expert with a deep network in the silver jewellery industry We are looking for a dynamic Manager - Silver Jewellery Sourcing & Buying to lead our end-to-end sourcing operations and drive vendor excellence!

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10–15 Years

Remuneration: Up to 25 Lakhs

What You'll Do:

- Vendor Ecosystem: Identify, evaluate, and onboard top-tier silver jewellery manufacturers and build a robust vendor network across key markets.
- Negotiation & Costing: Drive commercial negotiations on pricing, making charges, MOQs, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- End-to-End Ownership: Oversee production from placement to delivery, ensuring strict adherence to design, quality, and timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Quality,



and Supply Chain teams to bring market-leading trends to life.

What We're Looking For:
- 10–15 years of solid experience in jewellery sourcing, buying, merchandising, or vendor development (specifically in finished silver jewellery).
- Established, active networks with jewellery manufacturers and vendors are a solid plus.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, cost negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
