Customer Support Intern – Remote (Hindi Must)

We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to assist customers with product-related queries, understand their issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and build their career in customer support.

Experience: Freshers welcome

Languages: English and Hindi (Hindi is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer support through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and support requests.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- Support basic documentation and reporting activities.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Engineering background or experience in manufacturing/customer support is preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi (Hindi is mandatory).
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and customer support processes.
- Ability to understand customer issues and requirements clearly.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
- Follow issue escalation procedures and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper follow-ups and ticket closure.
