Role Description The Commercial Leasing Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with a mix of onsite client and property visits and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing commercial properties for clients, including office, retail, and mixed-use spaces. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, tracking vacancies and rental trends, preparing leasing strategies, and maintaining an updated pipeline of available properties.
The Commercial Leasing
Manager will manage end-to-end leasing transactions, including property shortlisting, site inspections, negotiations with landlords and tenants, and coordination of documentation with legal and finance teams.
The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, property owners, brokers, and corporate tenants, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating closely with internal project management and fit-out teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
Qualifications
- Robust commercial real estate and leasing expertise, including experience with site selection, property evaluation, and transaction management.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis, with the ability to interpret rental trends, vacancy data, and competitive positioning.
- Demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder management skills to handle landlords, tenants, and intermediaries effectively.
- Solid understanding of leasing documentation, basic legal and financial concepts related to commercial real estate, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital collaboration platforms to track leads and prepare reports.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and prioritize tasks under time and budget constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in commercial leasing or real estate consulting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the Noida and NCR commercial real estate market and local regulatory environment is an advantage.
