Technical Co-Founder / CTO — Prythos

We’re looking for a Technical Co-Founder / CTO to build Prythos.

Prythos is building an AI-native revenue infrastructure for export businesses, starting with our first product: the Prythos Export Revenue Agent.

The vision is straightforward

Turn the messy, manual export-sales process into an intelligent, automated revenue system.

Today, exporters manage RFQs, buyer qualification, quotations, follow-ups and deal tracking across emails, WhatsApp, PDFs, spreadsheets and disconnected systems.

We're building a system that brings this entire journey together:

RFQ → Qualification → Quote → Follow-up → Outcome

What We're Building The Prythos Export Revenue Agent will understand an export opportunity from the moment an RFQ arrives and help move it toward revenue.

It will eventually be able to:

Understand RFQs from emails, PDFs, spreadsheets and other channels

Extract products, quantities, specifications, destinations, timelines and requirements

Qualify buyers and opportunities based on business context and historical data

Help generate intelligent quotations using product, pricing and customer information

Track conversations and understand the current stage of an opportunity

Determine when and how to follow up

Learn from won, lost, delayed and negotiated opportunities

Continuously build intelligence around what converts and why

This is not another CRM with an AI chatbot on top.

We're building an intelligence layer that understands the commercial workflow and economics of export businesses.





The Role

As CTO, you'll be one of the core builders of Prythos.

You'll own and shape: Product Development + AI + Architecture + Technical Strategy

You'll work directly with the founder, customers and the product itself — not just manage a team.

We're looking for someone who is:

A strong, hands-on software engineer

Obsessed with technology and genuinely loves building Products

Comfortable with backend systems, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure.

Excited about AI, LLMs, agents, Workflow automation, fine tuning the models, RAG, data and intelligent systems

Strong at turning ambiguous problems into reliable solutions

Product-minded and willing to talk directly to customers

Ideally familiar with export / international trade / B2B workflows

Comfortable building from 0 → 1 (As we're at MVP Stage)

Willing to make difficult technical decisions and own the consequences The exact tech stack matters less than your engineering depth and ability to learn fast.

Patience & Resilience.

This isn't a “build an MVP in 30 days and move on” opportunity.

We're solving messy, real-world problems.

AI will fail.

Data will be incomplete.

Integrations will break.





Our assumptions will be wrong.

Some things will need to be rebuilt.

There will be periods where progress is slow and frustrating.

We need someone who doesn't quit when things get difficult.

Someone who is willing to spend months understanding a hard problem if that's what it takes to build the right solution.

Someone who thinks long-term and wants to build something substantial, defensible and technically exceptional.
