Job Title: BSA/Scrum Master with Mobile Banking Experience

Position: Senior Software developer

Experience: 6+ years

Main location: Hyderabad

Seeking an experienced BSA / Scrum Master with to support mobile banking application development, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and architecture teams to deliver customer centric digital banking solutions.





Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate mobile development teams across iOS, Android, APIs, backend services, and QA.
- Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, sprint progress, and delivery commitments.
- Support functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production releases.
- Ensure alignment with banking processes, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve mobile banking functionality and customer experience.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum, or Agile delivery.
- Experience in mobile application development within the banking domain.
- Knowledge of iOS/Android development lifecycle, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- CSM / PSM certification or business analysis certification.
- Knowledge of digital banking journeys, payments, authentication, and mobile security.
- Experience coordinating cross functional development and testing teams.
