Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area for All Rounders in Fabrication & Installation as part of a team expansion. The role involves assisting in the fabrication of uPVC and aluminum windows and doors, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and preparing units according to project specifications. Daily tasks include handling tools and machinery, supporting installation work at project sites, ensuring proper fitting and alignment, and following safety protocols.

The team member will collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to complete assigned jobs on schedule, maintain a clean and organized workshop and site environment, and perform basic quality checks on fabricated and installed products.



The role may also include loading and unloading materials, coordinating with site teams, and providing feedback to improve fabrication and installation processes.

Qualifications

- Hands-on skills in fabrication of uPVC and aluminum windows and doors, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and using hand and power tools safely.
- Experience or ability in on-site installation work, covering fitting, alignment, sealing, and finishing of system windows and doors in residential or commercial projects.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, project specifications, and site coordination, with the ability to follow instructions and project plans accurately.
- Commitment to workplace safety, proper handling of equipment and materials, and maintaining a clean, organized workshop and installation site.
- Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues, and adapt to changing project demands and schedules.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, climbing, and working at heights where required, in line with safety guidelines.
- Prior experience in fabrication, installation, glazing, or related construction or fenestration work is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new techniques, follow company processes, and uphold quality standards; familiarity with projects in educational, hospitality, or high-rise housing is a plus.
