Our goal is to automate connected workflows, from tendering and procurement to site execution, billing and handover, reducing manual follow-ups, coordination effort, and time and money leakages. About the role

This is a 6-month internship that converts to a full-time role based on performance. We're a small team, and this role is for someone who wants to own the product end to end. Working directly with the Founders, you'll build the infrastructure, backend and interface that everything else runs on, and take features from rough idea to shipped screen. If you'd rather own a feature end to end than one layer of it, this is the role.

What you'll build

- Infrastructure: Cloud setup, CI/CD, environments, monitoring and backups.
- Backend: APIs, databases and business logic for connected workflows.
- Frontend & product: Clean interfaces that show agent output, evidence, workflow status and approval steps,



built from rough idea to shipped screen.
- Security: Login, roles and permissions for developers, contractors, site teams and vendors.
- AI in the product: Wiring agent output into the app reliably, with loading, error and approval states handled.
- Whatever ships the product: Debugging, testing, demos and quick prototypes for client pilots.

What you'll bring

- Hands-on projects in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript that you built end to end, across more than one layer of the stack.
- Working knowledge of APIs, databases, Git and deployment. Coursework, personal projects and previous internships count.
- An eye for product: you care how a screen feels to the person using it, not just whether it works.
- Comfort picking up tools you haven't used before, quickly, and figuring things out with little hand-holding.
- Ownership: you follow through until it works, and you say clearly when you're stuck.
- Availability for the full 6 months, with the intent to continue full time.
