Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role involves managing client relationships across commercial and retail space projects, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, and ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

The Account

Manager will coordinate with internal teams on project progress, prepare proposals and presentations, track account performance, and support contract renewals. Daily tasks include monitoring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, maintaining accurate account records, and supporting post-sales service.



The role also requires regular reporting to management on account status, risks, and opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and account servicing skills, with the ability to act as a trusted partner for clients.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and project management in a real estate or infrastructure context.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, including the ability to prepare professional proposals and reports.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools for tracking account activity and maintaining documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; experience in real estate, commercial spaces, or infrastructure is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Ghaziabad, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and commitment to client satisfaction.
