Role Description The AI Business Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving the strategic integration of AI and LLM-based solutions across Codenixia’s training and business operations. This role involves identifying opportunities to use AI for process improvement, learner experience enhancement, and product innovation, and translating these into clear business initiatives and roadmaps. The AI Business Manager will collaborate with technical trainers, product teams, and leadership to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure AI projects align with market needs and organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data and performance metrics, overseeing AI-related projects,



coordinating with external partners when needed, and preparing clear business cases, documentation, and reports. The role also includes monitoring industry trends in AI, EdTech, and cloud/devops training to inform strategy and maintain competitive relevance. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of AI, LLM-based automation, and applied AI use cases in EdTech or technology training environments.
• Experience in business strategy, product management, or operations management, with the ability to convert technical capabilities into market-ready offerings.
• Familiarity with Cloud, DevOps, and Linux fundamentals, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and building business cases or ROI models for technology initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, including the ability to present complex concepts in a structured, accessible way.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Prior experience in EdTech, training programs, or technology consulting is a plus, along with a demonstrated interest in continuous learning and professional development.
