Role Description The Management Mentor is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. In this position, the mentor will guide students on management concepts, business fundamentals, and workplace readiness, helping them prepare for interviews and real-world corporate environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering interactive sessions, conducting workshops, mentoring small groups, reviewing student progress, and providing personalized feedback on communication, problem-solving, and professional behavior. The mentor will collaborate with academic and operations teams to refine learning content, align it with industry expectations, and track outcomes.



The role also involves supporting placement activities, addressing student queries, and continuously improving mentoring practices based on feedback and data. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in management, business administration, or related disciplines, with the ability to simplify concepts for early-career learners.
• Demonstrated skills in mentoring, coaching, or teaching, preferably with experience training students or entry-level professionals.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups and maintain a learner-centric environment.
• Ability to design or refine training content, case studies, and practical exercises aligned to current industry practices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess student performance and suggest targeted improvements.
• Comfort working in a rapid-paced, campus-like environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business, HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field; prior corporate or edtech experience is an advantage.
