About The Job Paytm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for technology roles. You will help coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and screen candidates for roles through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
• Identify relevant profiles based on technical requirements and

job description

• Conduct initial candidate communication and HR screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Support job postings, offer documentation and candidate follow-ups.
• Work closely with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring.
• Assist with employer branding and other TA initiatives. Requirements Requirements
