Role Description The Assembly Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sitamarhi, responsible for assembling components and products according to established standards and work instructions. Day-to-day tasks include operating basic machinery and tools, monitoring production lines, and ensuring that all items meet defined quality and safety requirements. The Assembly Operator will follow detailed assembly procedures, report any defects or equipment issues, and maintain a clean and organized work area. The role involves working closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets,



complete shift tasks, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Assembly Operator may also assist with basic documentation, participate in training sessions, and follow all health, safety, and compliance guidelines. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working on Production Lines.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and basic inspection of assembled products.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for effective coordination with team members and supervisors.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Training, including willingness to learn new processes and support peer learning.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with attention to detail and safety.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks safely.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent; technical or vocational training is an advantage.
