This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to find relevant websites, identify link opportunities, and actually get backlinks placed. • Find relevant SaaS websites and publications with genuine organic traffic and authority
• Build prospect lists based on specific niches, topics, keywords, and target pages
• Identify opportunities for guest posts, link insertions, niche edits, and editorial placements
• Conduct personalized email outreach to website owners, editors, and content managers
• Negotiate backlink placements and manage follow-ups
• Build relationships with publishers and website owners for recurring placements
• Evaluate websites based on relevance, traffic, authority, content quality, and backlink profile
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, outreach, responses, placements, and costs
• Ensure backlinks are placed naturally within relevant content What we're looking for
• 1+ year of hands-on link building experience
• Proven experience acquiring backlinks for SaaS, software, technology, or B2B websites
• Good understanding of SEO and backlink quality
• Experience with tools such as Ahrefs,



Semrush, Google Search, Apollo, Hunter, or similar tools
• Strong prospecting and research skills
• Valuable written English and ability to write personalized outreach emails
• Comfortable negotiating with publishers and website owners
• Ability to identify good websites vs. link farms/PBNs/low-quality sites
• Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns independently Strong preference for candidates who have
• An existing network of SaaS website owners, bloggers, editors, or publishers
• Experience building links for US/UK/Canadian SaaS companies
• Successfully acquired editorial backlinks from DR 50+ SaaS websites
• Experience with relationship-based link building rather than mass outreach
