Handle client escalations & workforce challenges 5. Oversee onboarding, attendance & compliance coordination 6. Lead recruiters, TLs & vendor partners Required Skills/Competencies
- 1. 2+ years of experience in General Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing 2. Experience handling Manufacturing, Logistics, E-Commerce clients 3. Solid leadership & client management skills 4. Comfortable with MIS, dashboards & performance tracking. 5. Should have their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
