Job Requirements We are looking for a skilled Development Engineer – Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to design and develop applications that help identify, investigate, and resolve incidents across complex systems and network environments. The candidate will work on data-driven RCA solutions that correlate alarms, events, topology information, KPIs, and historical incident data to identify probable root causes and their impact Design, develop, and maintain applications and services that support automated and assisted root cause analysis. Implement logic to correlate alarms, events, logs, KPIs, and system alerts to identify potential root causes. Develop event correlation and dependency analysis mechanisms to identify relationships between incidents and affected components.



Analyze network topology and service dependencies to determine the impact of failures across connected elements. Build RCA workflows that support incident detection, investigation, prioritization, and resolution tracking. Integrate data from monitoring systems, network management platforms, logs, and backend services through APIs.
