Role Description The Service Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting clients across business consulting, citizenship and residency programs, company formation, and digital infrastructure services. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, providing clear and timely information, coordinating with internal teams and external professionals, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The Service Specialist will help prepare and review documentation, maintain accurate records,



and support basic finance and sales-related activities such as lead follow-up and service upselling. The role also requires monitoring client cases, updating stakeholders on progress, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills to manage client interactions professionally and clearly.
• Solid analytical skills and basic finance understanding to interpret client needs, review information, and support financial processes.
• Sales and communication skills to assist with lead qualification, cross-selling, and explaining service offerings effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, maintaining organized documentation and follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
