Role Description This is a full-time, in office Volunteer role based in Delhi, India. The Volunteer will assist with day-to-day IT support activities, such as helping set up workstations, installing and updating software, and supporting basic troubleshooting for hardware and networks under supervision. The role may include documenting processes, organizing digital files, and helping maintain records of support requests and resolutions. The Volunteer will collaborate with team members, participate in training sessions,



and contribute to community-oriented technology initiatives or workshops. This role is designed to offer hands-on experience in an IT environment while providing meaningful support to the organization and its stakeholders. Qualifications
• Ability to learn and apply basic IT concepts, including computer setup, software installation, and simple troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain records, follow instructions, and support process efficiency.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and assist users in a clear and respectful manner.

• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to follow onsite guidelines and safety procedures.
• Basic computer literacy; prior exposure to IT environments or courses is beneficial but not required.
