Acquire new sites as per customer service requests, ensuring timely conversion to site proposals, field validation, and documentation readiness to enable smooth new build rollout.

1Site Acquisition Delivery1.Convert service requests (SR) into site proposals (SP) for all sites.
2.Convert service orders (SO) into hand over take over (HOTO) as per customer and internal requirements.
3.Achieve monthly ready for active installation (RFAI) productivity across all applicable product lines.




4.Resolve acquisition and delivery bottlenecks by engaging with customers, landlords, local authorities, and internal teams.
2Operational Compliance & Documentation Readiness1.Ensure complete document collection as per compliance requirements and defined processes.
2.Maintain 100% usage of internal digital tools for visit logging, documentation, and status updates.
3.Coordinate with internal stakeholders for validation of site location, legal documentation, and structural stability confirmation.
4.Negotiate rentals with landlords in line with the approved area rental band.
3Field Engagement & Site Readiness1.Conduct site visits for acquisition activities for all service requests (SR) as per circle targets.
2.Engage with landlords, societies, authorities, and customers to resolve field-level issues.
3.Conduct field visits for hand over take over (HOTO) readiness, access confirmation, and space verification as per customer location requirements.
4.Provide on-ground support for resolution of public objections, access challenges, or authority-related issues.
5.Track and manage field associates, including maintaining records of field deployment, ensuring associate productivity, visit closures, and monitoring performance through dashboards.
