Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager - Process

Location: Sachin - Surat

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and supervise chemical production processes, including batch preparation, raw material charging, reaction monitoring and product transfer.
- Operate and monitor reactors, distillation systems, centrifuges and other process equipment.
- Ensure production targets, batch cycle time, yield and product quality are achieved as per specifications.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH and flow rate during production.
- Coordinate with QC, QA, maintenance and stores departments for smooth production operations.
- Troubleshoot process deviations, equipment issues and production abnormalities.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records, shift reports and process documentation.




- Implement process optimization measures to improve yield, reduce cycle time and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, environmental standards and housekeeping requirements.
- Support process improvement activities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
