Qualification: BE/BTECH Mechanical engineer
Experience Requirements
- Solid Technical Knowledge of Wind turbine Generator
- 5 years of experience in supplier quality of WTG manufacturing unit.
- NDT certification and knowledge in welding qualification.
Roles & Responsibility
- To prepare and finalize ITP & procedure as per project requirements.
- Conduct Inspection as per ITP & procedure.
- Review contract specifications.
- Review of report as per ITP/Procedure & verify compliance report and issuance of MDCC.
- Understand the project quality requirement and implementation.
- Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
- Improvement in process to reduce rework, rejections. Capture.
- To prepare RCA for non-conformity.
- Responsible for maintaining quality standards across projects carrying out inspection & supplier audit.
