Job Description:

Position: Project Head

Location: Ankleshwar

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership:
- Lead the entire project, defining scope, timeline, and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, from vendors to government agencies.
- Engineering & Technical Oversight:
- Finalize engineering design and plant layout.
- Manage the procurement of all major equipment.
- Oversee construction, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Regulatory Management:
- Secure all necessary licenses and permits from local and state authorities, including the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB).
- Ensure compliance with Indian regulations like the Factories Act.
- Vendor & Contractor Management:
- Vet and manage all third-party vendors and contractors.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee site operations.
- Commissioning & Handover:




- Lead the commissioning and validation of the plant.
- Develop a seamless handover plan to the production and operations teams.
- Budgeting & Reporting:
- Manage the project budget, track expenditures, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required Skills

- Robust project management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Decisive and results-oriented.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical/Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
