Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loan / LAP products
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to drive performance
Generate business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels
Conduct field work including market visits, builder meets, and connector visits for lead generation
Handle end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursement
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business
Build solid relationships with customers and channel partners
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
