Role & responsibilities

1. Corporate Business Development

- Identify and acquire recent corporate clients, including companies, SMEs, MNCs, and business establishments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Bloom Hotels corporate customer base.
- Generate qualified business leads through networking, market research, referrals, and direct sales activities.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned markets and develop plans to convert them into revenue.

2. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies, and other relevant business partners.
- Conduct client meetings, sales calls, presentations, and property visits to promote Bloom Hotels.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable accommodation solutions.
- Maintain regular engagement with existing accounts to encourage repeat business and improve client retention.

3. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement

- Achieve assigned sales targets,



room-night production goals, and revenue objectives.
- Negotiate corporate rates and commercial terms in line with company policies.
- Work closely with Revenue Management and hotel operations teams to optimize business opportunities and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for increasing business from existing clients.

4. Market Research & Reporting

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, corporate demand, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain an updated database of corporate accounts, sales leads, client interactions, and business pipelines.
- Prepare regular sales reports, account updates, and performance reviews for management.
- Track sales performance against targets and recommend corrective actions wherever required.
