Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a portfolio of existing home loan customers, ensuring timely payment of EMIs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research to drive growth in the housing finance segment.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, processing, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of loan applications.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive home loan landscape.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in home loan sales or related field (NBFC).
- Solid understanding of housing finance products, including mortgages, loans against property, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in using LAP software systems for efficient data entry and record-keeping.
