Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, high-performance websites.
- Build custom websites, business websites, landing pages, and e-commerce stores.
- Convert Figma UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, fully functional websites.
- Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Build and manage Shopify, WooCommerce, and Webflow websites.
- Develop custom frontend and backend functionalities when required.
- Integrate websites with CRM platforms, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, and Zoho CRM.
- Implement lead capture forms, sales funnels, appointment booking systems, and CRM workflows.
- Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, payment gateways, and automation tools.
- Optimize websites for speed, security, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
- Manage website hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing technical support.
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers, marketing specialists, and project managers.
- Manage multiple client website projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Review code quality and mentor junior developers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of professional website development experience. A portfolio of live websites you have built is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, and website customization.




- Ability to convert Figma designs into professional, responsive websites.
- Strong understanding of frontend development and UI/UX principles.
- Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
- Knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with MySQL or other databases.
- Knowledge of hosting, cPanel, DNS, SSL, and website deployment.
- Understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and website performance.
- Experience using Git and version control.
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

- React.js, Next.js, Node.js, or other modern frameworks.
- Experience with Webflow and custom web applications.
- CRM automation using GoHighLevel, Zapier, or Make.
- Payment gateway integrations such as Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience working with US or Canadian clients.
- Experience leading or mentoring web development teams.
