Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountants with relevant experience in Direct Tax Litigation, Advisory, and Compliance for multiple positions.

Open Positions & Compensation

1. Senior Manager – 2 Openings

* Experience: 6–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

* Budget: 27–29 LPA

* Strong experience in Direct Tax Litigation, Advisory, and Compliance

* Male candidates preferred

2. Manager – 2 Openings

* Experience: Around 4 years of PQE

* Budget: Up to 25 LPA

* Strong experience in Direct Tax Litigation and Advisory, with comparatively less focus on Compliance

3. Assistant Manager – 2 Openings

* Experience: 2–4 years of PQE

* Budget: 14–18 LPA

* Experience in Direct Tax Litigation and Compliance

* Some exposure to Advisory is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

* Handle Direct Tax Litigation, Advisory, and Compliance matters.





* Represent clients before CIT(A), ITAT, High Courts, and the Supreme Court, as applicable.

* Advise clients on corporate taxation, international tax planning, and transaction structuring.

* Provide advisory on foreign investments and related tax implications.

* Manage tax assessments, appeals, and related proceedings.

* Interpret Indian and International Tax Laws and advise clients on tax-related matters.

* Work on matters involving FEMA, the Black Money Act (BMA), and other allied laws, as applicable.

* Build and maintain robust client relationships.

* Mentor and guide junior team members, wherever applicable.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Direct Taxation and Indian Tax Laws.

* Relevant experience in Litigation, Advisory, and Compliance, depending on the role.

* Exposure to International Taxation, FEMA, and BMA will be an advantage.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and client-management skills.
