Description We are looking for a Senior Process Analyst with 3-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and a track record of successful project delivery. This role is based in India. Responsibilities Lead process improvement projects across various business functions Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor results Develop and maintain process documentation,



including standard operating procedures and process maps Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 3-8 years of experience in process improvement or a related field Robust understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile Experience with process mapping and documentation Experience leading cross-functional teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in the job market context of India
