Job Title: Product Manager - Labelling Machine (L&M;)

Location: Pawai, Mumbai

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum Total Work experience of 5-8 Years in Industrial, Electrical or Automation Industry

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* Graduation (Must).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for Forecasting and Planning.
* Responsible for Market & Competition Analysis.
* Responsible for Develop the strategic roadmap.
* Responsible for Pricing and inventory management.
* Responsible for Launching of Schemes & Promotions
* Responsible for Branding, Marketing & Sales activities
* Responsible for Organizing/hosting events, road-show, exhibitions etc
* Responsible for Create Brand Awareness / Promotional Activity
* Responsible for Top-line & Bottom-line of the product
* Assist the sales training on product positioning - ensure all sales members can internalize and clearly




communicate the product positioning and message.
* Responsible for overall Business, Sales and Marketing of L&M; (Labelling Machine)
* Responsible for Managing the PAN India Business along with L&M; sales team.
* Responsible for Business Expansion as per company's objective.
* Motive & Train to team on a regular basis.
* Regular Interaction with channel partners for sales generation.
* Sales forecasting for ordering purposes.
* Partners programs, Achievement disbursement, Product Pricelist preparation
* Setting Targets for Distributors / Channel Partners / Manufacturing Partners
* Prepare Sales kit, Participation in exhibitions and seminars
* Involves vigorous travelling within India.
