Role Overview

- We are looking for a finance professional to manage accounting, financial reporting, MIS, statutory compliance, and payroll oversight, ensuring accurate financial operations and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Operations & Controllership

- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for multiple client engagements.
- Handle month-end/year-end closures and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure accounting accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to internal controls.

MIS & Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, and financial dashboards.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for business decisions.




- Assist in financial statement preparation and audit support.

Compliance & Payroll

- Coordinate GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and timely filings.
- Review payroll inputs, statutory deductions, and payroll reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance and reporting.

Desired Skills

- Solid knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, MIS, GST, and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
