Urgent Requirement MBA Fresher (Apprenticeship Program)

We are urgently hiring MBA Freshers for our Apprenticeship role.

Key Responsibilities:
•

Key Responsibilities for YBH based roles in commercial cards

- Drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for corporate cardscovering Corporate Cards, Purchase Cards, and Business Cards.
- Monitor product KPIs (activation, spends, profitability) and implement datadriven improvements.
- Support Sales & Key Accounts teams with product constructs, client pitches, and customization for enterprise clients.
- Work closely with Product, Portfolio & Sales teams to bring in efficiency and contribute to business growth.

Desired Skills:
• Solid communication skills
• Basic accounting/financial knowledge
• Basic MS Excel skills
• High willingness to learn and grow

Qualification:
• MBA (Freshers)
