POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and strategic House Manager to oversee the operations of multiple luxury residences, estates, and farms for a promoter family. The role involves leading household and estate teams, managing budgets, vendors, security, maintenance, and hospitality, while ensuring consistent luxury-service standards, operational efficiency, and complete confidentiality across all properties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Household & Estate Management: Oversee daily operations across residences, estates, and farms, ensuring consistent housekeeping, maintenance, and service standards.

- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise household staff, including housekeeping, kitchen, drivers, gardeners, butlers, security, farm teams, and pet carers.

- Maintenance & Projects: Manage repairs, preventive maintenance, service contracts, renovations, vendor performance, and new-property handovers.

- Budgeting & Procurement: Control household budgets, petty cash, expenses, purchasing, inventory, vendor contracts, and monthly financial reporting.

- Farm & Landscape Management: Oversee landscaping and farm-produce operations across Vengurla, Pune, and the new Neral site, ensuring quality and timely household provisioning.

- Security & Compliance: Manage security personnel, access control, CCTV, background checks, emergency protocols, safety standards, and incident reporting.

- Hospitality & Events: Coordinate family functions, guest stays, travel readiness, seasonal property transitions, gifting, and personalised guest experiences.

- Family & Pet Care Coordination: Oversee family schedules, healthcare coordination, medication stock, pet care, veterinary appointments,



and travel arrangements.

- SOPs & Confidentiality: Establish operating procedures, conduct inspections, maintain household records, and enforce strict privacy and security protocols.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-15+ years of experience in household or estate management, luxury hospitality, or facilities management for UHNW families or high-profile promoters.

- Proven experience managing multiple properties and leading large, multi-functional teams.

- Robust expertise in budgeting, procurement, vendor negotiations, maintenance, and project coordination.

- Experience in security management, hospitality operations, and high-confidentiality environments.

- Bachelors degree preferred in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.

- Experience in luxury hotels, premium residential complexes, or established UHNW households is preferred.
