- Generate leads through customer interactions
- Understand educational loan requirements
- Provide basic loan-related information
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain customer records and achieve assigned targets
Requirements:
- Graduate candidates only
- Good English communication skills
- V4 / V5 communication level
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Loan Processing or Educational Loans preferred
- Positive interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC
