Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute regional business plans to drive growth, expansion, and revenue increase in the FMCG industry.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets, provide coaching, training, and mentorship to improve performance.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to identify recent opportunities and resolve issues.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-18 years of experience in regional business management or similar role in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market in India with knowledge of local regulations and cultural nuances.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams.
