Role & responsibilities
- Source and acquire Used Car Loan business through dealers, DSAs, and direct customers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with used car dealers and channel partners.
- Generate leads and convert them into business.
- Conduct customer profiling and loan eligibility assessment.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business targets and portfolio objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain MIS and business reports as required.
