Position: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Sales

Qualification: BE or Equivalent

Experience: 6 to 12 years in automotive component/parts sales (experience in complete vehicle sales will not be considered)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market and product analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Monitor competition trends and provide strategic insights.
- Ensure on-time closure of RFQs by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive realization of recent projects according to timelines.
- Develop, monitor, and adhere to business plans for the profit center; track monthly performance against targets.
- Monitor customer credit balances and maintain minimal overdue receivables.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and initiate improvement actions wherever required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and departments to align with organizational goals.
