Key Responsibilities

1. Academic & Teaching Duties (Faculty Role)

Curriculum Delivery: Teach GNM subjects according to the Indian Nursing Council (INC) or relevant state nursing council guidelines.

Student Assessment: Prepare lesson plans, conduct internal examinations, evaluate assignments, and maintain academic records.

Mentorship: Provide academic counseling and personal guidance to students to ensure high success rates.

2. Student Recruitment & Outreach (Academic Marketing Role)

Admissions Drive: Meet and exceed annual student enrollment targets for the GNM program.

Lead Generation: Conduct seminars, career counseling sessions, and presentations at schools, coaching centers, and community events to attract prospective students.

Counseling: Answer inquiries from prospective students and parents, explaining the scope of the GNM course, career prospects, campus facilities, and fee structures.

Institutional Tie-ups: Establish and maintain relationships with local schools, hospitals, and educational consultants to build a strong admission pipeline.





Qualifications and Experience

Education: . Nursing or . Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution registered with the State Nursing Council.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in nursing education (clinical or teaching) with a proven interest or experience in sales, marketing, counseling, or public relations. Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.

Registrations: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) license.

Required Skills & Competencies

Dual Expertise: Ability to balance the empathetic nature of nursing education with the target-driven focus of academic marketing.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and the regional/local language.

Public Speaking: Confident in presenting to large audiences, such as school students and parents.

Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong interpersonal skills to handle objections and convince prospects during the counseling process.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally and regionally for school visits, educational fairs, and marketing drives.
