Role : Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) Experience: 8+ Years Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days
Roles and Responsibilities:
Hands-on or working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Experience with Oracle Exadata and Oracle Database fundamentals.
Basic understanding of OCI architecture, compute, networking, storage, backup, and recovery.
Ability to coordinate production incidents, including accidental production data deletion.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills. .
