Data Analysis / Reconciliation

>Deliver objective analysis of error trends and opportunities. -- identify root cause

>Resolve recon exceptions/discrepancies and document the resolution process

>Validate data integrity is maintained in client facing displays

>Assist the management team in developing metrics to show progress / completion of data analysis / reconciliation

>Ensure that the status reports produced are accurate, relevant, complete, and actionable

Process Improvements & Procedures

>Assist the management team in improving metrics

>Analyze operational/technology processes for gaps, inefficiencies, potential redundancies and improvement opportunities

>Develop trending reports & standard benchmarks for metrics; providing guidelines for identifying issues

Project Work

>A positive understanding of Operations, Technology and Risk

>Support creation, modification and review of test plan and test summary documents





>Assist the management team in developing metrics that demonstrate the progress / completion of functionality testing

>Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues REQUIREMENTS

>Knowledge of W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, and W9 tax documentation

>Knowledge of 1099 and 1042-S reporting

>Excellent written and communication, organization and time management skills

>Adaptable to dynamic work environments and priorities

>Demonstrate ownership and sense of urgency in resolving inquiries and issues

>Adaptable to agile work environments and priorities

>Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven workplace.
