JOB DETAILSStaff Management & Leadership:
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate store employees and supervisors.
Coach the team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage employee attendance, payroll inputs, and performance reviews.

Sales & Performance:
Drive store profitability and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as average transaction value (ATV) and conversion rates.
Analyze sales trends and execute local promotions or marketing campaigns.

Inventory & Merchandising:
Maintain optimal stock levels, handle vendor orders, and manage deliveries or returns.
Oversee visual merchandising displays and brand standards on the shop floor.

Operations & Compliance:




Ensure the store meets health, safety, security, and legal regulations.
Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints promptly.
Track and control store expenses, shrinkage, and cash management.
