Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison between various stakeholders.

The position demands coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.




Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
Continuously evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
Robust knowledge of project lifecycle management and configuration within SAP environments.
Experience in integrating SAP Project System with other enterprise modules and external systems.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Project System configurations.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools relevant to SAP projects.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
