Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Administration to oversee the company's overall administrative operations, including facility management, driver management, housekeeping, office maintenance, transport, and general administration across corporate offices and other company locations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end administrative operations, office facilities, infrastructure, and maintenance.
Supervise drivers, company vehicles, transportation schedules, vehicle maintenance, fuel expenses, and documentation.
Oversee housekeeping activities, cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of office premises and facilities.
Manage vendor contracts, service providers, AMC renewals, and administrative procurement.
Coordinate guest house management, travel arrangements, accommodation, and employee transportation, as required.
Monitor administrative budgets, expenses, cost control, and MIS reports.




Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Lead and supervise the administration team, drivers, housekeeping staff, and outsourced personnel.
Coordinate with internal departments and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1015 years of relevant experience in administration, facility management, and general services.
Solid experience in managing drivers, transport operations, housekeeping, vendors, and facilities.
Excellent team management, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable knowledge of administrative budgeting, vendor management, safety, and statutory compliance.

Preferred Industry

Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, poultry, or multi-location organizations will be an advantage. .
