We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations and coordinate with field sales teams distributors and internal departments. The role involves telephonic coordination order tracking reporting and follow-ups to ensure smooth sales operations and timely resolution of queries.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with field sales teams to collect orders updates and market feedback.
Communicate with distributors stockists and retailers regarding orders dispatches and related queries.
Coordinate with Finance and Accounts for invoicing payment follow-ups and credit-limit clearances.
Liaise with the Marketing team regarding promotional schemes and marketing material dispatch.
Follow up on pending tasks targets and action items with the sales team.
Maintain and update trackers for orders complaints and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate with Logistics Supply Chain and other departments for timely order processing.
Escalate pending issues to the relevant departments and follow up for resolution.
Schedule sales meetings and maintain sales reports and records.
Support management with regular updates and reporting.

Required Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
25 years of experience in sales coordination sales support or back-office sales operations.
Experience coordinating with distributors stockists retailers or field sales teams is preferred.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel MS Office and CRM software.
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage.
Valuable organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills.
