We are looking for a reliable Computer Hardware & Networking Support Technician to manage our office IT infrastructure, assemble systems, and maintain office and IT assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, configure, and upgrade desktop PCs, laptops, and workstations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral (printers, scanners) issues.
Maintain office Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and LAN connections.
Manage complete asset maintenance, including tracking IT hardware, office equipment, and infrastructure items, keeping warranty records, and scheduling timely servicing or replacements.
Provide daily technical support to employees to ensure smooth, uninterrupted office operations.
