We're Hiring: BIM Architect (3–5 Years Exp.)

Are you a skilled BIM Architect looking to work on prestigious national and international projects We are looking for a talented skilled with hands-on expertise across LOD 200 to 500 to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana!

If you have a strong command over Revit, model coordination, and multi-disciplinary collaboration, we'd love to have you on board!

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models (LOD 200 to 500) using Autodesk Revit.

• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models seamlessly.

• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and issue resolution using Navisworks.

• Prepare accurate construction documentation and detailed drawing sets.

• Ensure strict compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and BEPs.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Degree:



Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering.

• Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience in BIM modeling and architectural coordination.

• LOD Expertise: Proven expertise working across LOD 200, 300, 400, and 500.

• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit; experience with Navisworks, ACC / BIM 360, and AutoCAD is highly preferred.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

• Knowledge of international BIM standards is a big plus!
