The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing storage solutions, particularly with technologies such as NetApp ONTAP, IBM Spectrum Scale, and EMC Isilon. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our storage infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain storage systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Perform storage troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve issues promptly.
Implement capacity planning strategies to optimize storage resources and ensure scalability.
Oversee data protection measures, including backups and disaster recovery plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support storage needs and integrate recent technologies.
Document storage configurations, processes,



and procedures for compliance and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in NetApp ONTAP and related management tools.
Experience with IBM Spectrum Scale and EMC Isilon storage solutions.
Strong understanding of NFS, SMB, and CIFS protocols.
Familiarity with EMC Unisphere and NetApp System Manager.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
