This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our provider network and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the provider credentialing process from start to finish, including the collection and verification of provider credentials, licenses, and certifications.
Conduct re-credentialing activities to ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Utilize systems such as Facets and PDM for effective provider data management and tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline credentialing processes and improve efficiency.




Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and best practices related to provider credentialing.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to provider credentials.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Proficiency in using credentialing software, particularly Facets and PDM.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
