Job Description

Define architecture for enterprise AI assistants and agent platforms.

Lead LLM deployment, optimisation, routing and governance.

Mentor and develop a team of AI engineers.

Build scalable RAG, agentic AI and context engineering solutions.

Drive security, compliance and Responsible AI practices.

The Successful Applicant
12 years in software engineering with AI/ML expertise.

Strong Python, API architecture and cloud engineering skills.

Experience with AWS Bedrock, LLMs, RAG and vector databases.

Expertise in Lang Chain, Lang Graph, CrewAI or similar frameworks.

Proven mentoring or technical leadership experience.
